Production

Our machines range from 40tonnes to 90 tonnes clamp force and can accurately deliver from below 1 gram part weight up to approximately 120g. Machines are fitted with specialist robot component removal and storage facilities. All machines are fitted with up to date material handling equipment . We have a high specification of ancillary equipment in accordance with our objective of maximising automation to reduce production costs and promote quality.

Production staff are trained and experienced in producing bearing cages and have the skills to mould any small, precise engineering components within the range encompassed by our machinery.
